- Routine property maintenance and repair such as basic plumbing (changing/repairing taps, toilets and sinks).
- Operate hand tools.
- Cleaning common area keeping the site looking positive and sanitary.
- Monitor boilers and check pressure daily to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Replenish salt in water softener.
- Yard work and snow removal: operate snow blower and operating lawn-mower and riding lawn-mower.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to noon.
Pay
Pay rate depends on experience.
