This role is a full-time Career Ladder position dedicated to enhancing teaching practices across 72 elementary and K–8 schools. You will collaborate with educators to strengthen their instructional methods and elevate student engagement using the Emerge materials. A focus on adult learning theory and coaching techniques is essential for this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate instructional improvement plans collaboratively • Plan and conduct career development sessions • Observe and model teaching strategies for coaches • Assist in developing accommodation strategies for diverse learners • Analyze student performance data with school leadership
Requirements: • Master's degree with three years teaching experience • Two years successful educational coaching experience • Valid Washington State Teaching certificate • Proficient evaluation rating in all TPEP criteria • Experience working with diverse student populations
