Reporting to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, this position tasks you with managing a comprehensive Energy Management Plan (EMP). You'll use your technical knowledge in energy markets and building systems to enhance energy efficiency measures and drive retrofitting projects. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze energy consumption to identify optimization opportunities • Lead energy audits and feasibility assessments • Develop strategies for carbon reduction projects • Oversee implementation of retro-commissioning efforts • Monitor energy project performance and savings
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • At least 5 years of energy management experience • CEM or LEED accreditation preferred • Proficient in Excel and energy analytics software • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
