Join the team at SaskGaming as a Workforce Scheduler in Regina & Moose Jaw. This full time position involves creating work schedules and ensuring optimal staffing solutions.
Reporting to the Manager of Central Scheduling, the Workforce Scheduler plays a key role in managing unionized schedules, meeting immediate staffing needs, and maintaining compliance with Labor Standards. An understanding of collective bargaining agreements and experience with Kronos is essential.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage accurate unionized work schedules • Address both immediate and future staffing requirements • Keep Kronos system data accurate and updated • Review and correct timesheets for payroll • Adhere to collective bargaining agreements
Requirements: • High school diploma required • 1-3 years of relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Kronos timekeeping system preferred • Must be eligible to work legally in Canada
