Key Responsibilities: • Oversee building systems' safety and reliability • Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders efficiently • Conduct inspections and execute general repairs • Assist with event setups and seasonal maintenance • Maintain accurate CMMS documentation and asset records
Requirements: • Three years of experience in building maintenance • Proficient in diagnosing HVAC and plumbing concerns • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and clean driving record • Ability to respond to emergencies outside regular hours • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
