As a mechanical reliability project manager, you will have the opportunity to learn more and more about our various equipment in order to achieve the highest standards of quality and reliability.In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Analyze maintenance data (breakdown history, costs, downtime) and all production stoppages to identify trends, root causes of recurring failures, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) based on data analysis, criticality analysis (RCM), industry best practices, and manufacturer recommendationsUpdate and manage preventive maintenance schedules in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring their relevance and effectivenessParticipate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the CMMSWork closely with the field maintenance, engineering, and production teams to understand operational challenges and propose solutions based on analysisDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability and monitor their progressPrepare reports and presentations to communicate analysis results and improvement recommendations to management and relevant teams
- Manage reliability improvement projects, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)Monitor technological developments in best practices in reliability and maintenanceTo join a team that values your ingenuity, send us your application!Profile With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:College diploma (DEC)



in industrial maintenance technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
