As a Design for Manufacturing Engineer with Silent-Aire, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product designs are cost-effective, safe, and production-ready. Collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Engineering teams, your expertise will help reduce complexity and improve throughput for OEM equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead DFM reviews for equipment to ensure manufacturability
• Identify risks related to assembly sequence and tooling
• Drive design simplification and modularization initiatives

• Participate in design reviews with accountability for outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering or DFM roles
• Proficiency in PTC Creo 9 and knowledge of SAP
• Experience in releasing production-ready designs
• Strong communication skills to influence design decisions
