Receiving & DeliveriesPerform shipping and receiving functions in accordance with proceduresComplete scheduled deliveries to Fort Hills and Syncrude locationsEnsure accurate documentation and material handling during all deliveriesInventory and VMI SupportSupport VMI operations across the regionAssist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining organized VMI areasSafety & ComplianceComplete a pre-task assessment (PTA) and follow all site and company safety requirementsPromote and demonstrate a strong safety-first cultureMaintain certifications and comply with WHMIS, TDG, site access and PPE standardsGeneral DutiesOperate warehouse equipment as trained (e.G., forklift)Complete assigned tasks from supervision or management in a timely and professional mannerWork collaboratively with team members across sites and functionsQualifications:Completion of Grade 12Ability to work safely, accurately, and efficiently with minimal supervisionTeam orientated with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsValid drivers licence with a successful drivers abstract and ability to drive F550 Flat DeckPrevious warehouse or material handling experience, forklift certification, computer literacy and experience with RF scanning and bar-coding systems an assetExperience working in an industrial, unionized environment an assetAbility to pass site required screeningMust have availability to all sites, no site bansImportant Detail:This field position is on a 14x14 shift rotation based out of our Mildred Lake facility,
