About the Role

We're hiring a full-time 5-ton truck driver for local dock-to-dock deliveries. This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and treats clients with patience, kindness, and respect. Because we're a small team, every driver's reliability directly impacts our ability to serve our customers — we need someone we can count on.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a 5-ton truck to transport goods dock to dock across the Lower Mainland
- Ensure deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on time
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load and unload cargo as required
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and team members
- Interact with clients in a patient, courteous, and respectful manner
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations





Qualifications
- Valid full Class 5 Licence with Air Brake Endorsement
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving a 5-ton truck
- Clean driving record, no major violations
- Strong, consistent attendance — this role requires someone who is reliable
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Punctual, hardworking, and dependable
- Patient, kind, and respectful communication style, especially with clients
- Comfortable working a full-time schedule of 5–6days per week
