Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales. Research potential customers and identify key decision-makers. Prepare freight quotes and negotiate pricing. Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure shipments move smoothly. Provide proactive communication and exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process. Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally. Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow existing business. Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or B2B sales is considered an asset. Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset. French or Spanish language skills are considered an asset What We Offer
