We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our company in Markham and Scarborough, ON. This position is permanent full-time, experience in office or accounting firm would be an asset.
- Daily processing of full cycle Accounts Receivable
- Follow up for A/P accounts outstanding balances
- Government Remittances
- Banking and online payments
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Must speak fluent English, ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin would be an asset
- High School diploma or equivalent in education/experience
- Experience in processing paperwork is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good attitude, reliable and punctual.
- Knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping is a MUST.
