Established windows and doors company serving homeowners across the GTA and Southern Ontario. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, understands day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including entering invoices, processing payments, posting customer payments, and following up on outstanding accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
- Review transactions and identify or correct discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized digital accounting records
- Prepare and generate financial and accounting reports as required
- Assist with HST, payroll, year-end, and other accounting documentation
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members regarding invoices, payments, and account discrepancies
- Assist management with general accounting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications




- 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team
