We’re hiring at Snow Valley Ski Resort.

We’re seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Accounting Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, year-round position starting in August.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and supporting a busy operation behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial records
- Assisting with accounts payable, reporting, audits, and year-end procedures
- Working with Sage, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting systems
- Improving administrative processes and supporting day-to-day office operations

What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, or seasonal operations is an asset, as is post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Compensation: $28–$32/hour, based on experience
