What You'll Do

- Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
- Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
- Validate calculations, formatting, and internal consistency
- Identify errors or inconsistencies in source accounting material
- Support recurring dataset creation and cleanup tasks
- Ensure datasets meet accuracy and quality standards for AI model training

Who You Are

- Background in accounting, bookkeeping,



or a related financial discipline
- Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and validating structured datasets
- High attention to detail with a systematic, accuracy-first mindset
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Exposure to audit, FP&A;, or financial operations
- Experience with financial statement analysis or accounting reconciliation
- Familiarity with data validation or spreadsheet quality control workflows
