This company is a rapidly growing, global logistics company operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, provide leadership to a small accounting team, and serve as a key financial partner to our executive leadership team.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a highly organized and commercially minded accounting professional who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will balance technical accounting responsibilities with team leadership, process optimization, and cross-border coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Financial Management:

- Oversee and actively participate in accounts receivable activities , including billing, collections, cash application, and revenue reconciliation.
- Manage and support full-cycle accounting operations , including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Support the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership & External Partner Management:
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a small Accounts Payable team of two , ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of vendor payments.
- Manage the relationship with the external accounting firm , serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating accounting and financial deliverables.
- Review work performed by external accounting partners and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement,



and operational excellence within the accounting function.

Process Improvement, Controls & Compliance:
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to support the company’s continued growth and scalability.
- Develop and maintain appropriate accounting procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate and support external audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to address financial matters and support business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable financial processes and controls as the organization grows.

Qualifications & Experience:
- CPA designation preferred ; candidates currently enrolled in or actively pursuing a CPA designation will also be considered.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience , preferably within logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, transportation, or another high-volume operating environment.
- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or managing accounting personnel.
- Strong technical knowledge of full-cycle accounting, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting .
- Experience working effectively with external accounting firms and professional service providers.
- Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and exercise sound professional judgment.

Language & Communication:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
