Job Summary
You are a stellar team player, able to self-motivate and keep your workload planned and orderly. Key Accountabilities:
- Invoice Processing: Review, code, and enter high-volume vendor invoices accurately into accounting software in a timely manner.
- Three-Way Matching: Perform three-way matching by verifying purchase orders, receiving documentation, and invoices to ensure pricing and quantity precision prior to payment approval.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and execute weekly pay runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and electronic vendor payments.
- Credit Card Management & Reconciliation: Process corporate credit card transactions, review expense submissions, and perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy and compliance.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications,
efficiently resolving billing disputes and cultivating strong supplier relationships.
- Statement Reconciliation: Conduct monthly vendor statement reconciliations to ensure ledger integrity and assist with month-end financial closing tasks.
- Compliance & Inbox Management: Manage active AP email inboxes, track incoming requests, and maintain organized, audit-ready digital filing systems.
- Period-End Support: Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Provide essential administrative backing, including backup reception duty, telephone monitoring, running occasional company errands as needed, and office management tasks.

Wage: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
