Join Royal Building Supplies Ltd. as an Accounts Receivable Administrator. In this role, you will be vital in handling daily financial transactions, send invoices, process incoming payments, collections and follow up on overdue accounts. - Process accounts receivable transactions and incoming payments in accordance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and recording accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare customer bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately accounted for and properly posted.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies and account-related issues.
- Facilitate the timely payment of invoices by sending payment reminders and contacting customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Collect outstanding customer accounts and ensure all applicable Allianz Trade requirements and deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports detailing accounts receivable status, outstanding balances, and collection activities.




- Prepare and transmit biweekly and month-end customer statements.
- Perform credit checks on customers as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit card transactions, payment issues, and chargebacks.
- Communicate accounts receivable trends, collection concerns, and other relevant issues to the Manager.
- Process customer charge account applications in consultation with the President.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills, particularly when dealing with payment collections and account discrepancies.
- Ability to analyze account balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues independently.
- Experience with credit checks, credit applications, chargebacks, and credit insurance is an asset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage recurring daily, biweekly and month-end responsibilities.
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
