This role, reporting to the Sales Manager, involves creating impactful connections through outreach efforts, community relationships, and guided tours. You will play a vital role in helping prospective residents feel at home and excited about their new community.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop sales strategies to achieve membership and occupancy goals • Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners • Conduct tours and coordinate move-ins for new residents • Actively represent Allbright at networking events and presentations • Track leads and conversion activities using CRM systems

Requirements: • Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience • 2-3 years’ experience in sales or customer relationship roles • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Robust organizational abilities and proactive approach • Class 5 Driver's License required
