Your primary responsibility will be supporting parents in recovery, enhancing their abilities to care for their children. You will also supervise children during culturally relevant activities, fostering a healing and structured environment. This role requires a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily routines and family activities
• Provide emotional guidance and practical support




• Promote culturally relevant learning experiences for children
• Document client behaviors and progress diligently
• Assist with health and safety measures
Requirements:
• Certification in Community Support Work or equivalent
• Experience working with families in crisis
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector clearance
