They will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for collecting, entering, reviewing, and analyzing data in order to summarize and report on vendor performance.



They will also be responsible for promoting alignment among internal stakeholders through open and inclusive communication.Your Role Prepare and review vendor scorecards within the vendor management systemAnalyze and process claims and reimbursement requestsPrepare and submit month-end financial reportsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely conflict resolutionEnsure the monitoring and communication of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligationsBuild strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectivesActively engage with vendors on open items and provide timely resolutionTake a proactive approach to improving collaboration and increasing compliance throughout the order lifecyclePromote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and contributing to best practices, new tools, process reengineering, and other efficiency-driven initiativesAssist in preparing monthly performance reviews for leadershipMaintain documentation and data in the vendor management system for audit purposesQualifications We Are Looking For 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain support (sales forecasting, procurement, project delivery)Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, logistics, engineering, operations research, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in MS Access and MS ExcelKnowledge of JDA tools (demand, execution, order optimization)
