This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, ensure financial discipline, and support long-term growth through strong planning, analysis, and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS (management & statutory)Maintain strong internal controls, policies, and proceduresLead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisorsOperational FinanceMonitor cash flow, working capital,
