In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in cost control, armed with the skills to monitor expenses, produce financial reports, and assess cost impacts. You will collaborate with agile teams to drive informed decision-making across various stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate project budgets
• Monitor budget vs. actual costs; report variances
• Update Estimates at Completion and cash flow projections




• Oversee change orders and assess costs
• Ensure compliance with procurement and financial regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance or engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in cost control for construction
• Familiarity with software like Primavera or Acumatica
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills under pressure
