Key responsibilities include tracking expenditures and procurement, coupled with collaborative support to ensure efficient departmental operations. Robust teamwork and communication skills are essential to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing agreements and procurement activities
- Ensure accurate tracking of expenditures and budget compliance
- Support financial reporting and key program initiatives
- Collaborate with department leads and support staff
- Manage sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- At least one year of relevant financial experience
- Understanding of First Nation funding structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management
