Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Full – Time Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll departments.
· Enter data, and maintain accurate employee records and files.
· Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
· Support benefits and RRSP administration, including enrolments, changes, and employee inquiries.
· Assist with payroll-related data entry, emails, timesheets, and employee information updates.
· Maintain confidential employee information and ensure proper document filing.
· Assist with tracking vacation, leaves, attendance, and other employee information.
· Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate HR or payroll contact.
· Provide general administrative support, including scanning, filing, correspondence, and document preparation.
· Assist the administrative team with other administrative duties and projects as required.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
· Previous administrative or office experience is an asset.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of Indigenous communities, cultural activities, or non-profit/social services is an asset.
· Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Position Details:
This is currently a hybrid position, with the successful candidate working 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely from home. The hybrid work arrangement is subject to change based on operational and organizational needs and is not guaranteed on a permanent basis. Regular attendance at mandatory in-office meetings, training sessions, and other required organizational activities is expected.

Hourly wage:$19.75-$23.13
