Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting people and making a difference behind the scenes? The Administrator, Volunteer Resources, provides administrative and clerical support to Volunteer Resources by facilitating excellent customer service, providing accurate reporting, and conducting thorough volunteer screening.
This is a temporary, full-time, 37.5 hours position. The starting range for this position is $25.01 to $27.33.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to the VR team, including monitoring potential inconsistencies between practice and procedure and providing recommendations for increased internal controls.
- Maintain the VR software and database and ensuring accurate VR reporting.
- Screen, interview, and place prospective volunteers in areas of service.
- Assist with planning and implementation of the volunteer onboarding process, including training.
- Adhere to all UGM published policies, practices and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety and the UGM privacy policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:
- Related post-secondary education combined with at least two years of related work experience.
- Consideration may be given to alternate combinations of lived experience and education.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with software and database programs.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential material and situations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
