About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Medical Esthetician to join our professional medical aesthetics team.

The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This position is suited for an experienced skilled with extensive hands-on experience performing advanced medical aesthetic treatments.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of proven, hands-on experience performing advanced medical aesthetic treatments.
- Strong practical experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and devices.
- Morpheus8 experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Aerolase Neo Elite and advanced microneedling treatments is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatment protocols, contraindications, and post-treatment care.
- Ability to conduct professional skin consultations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently recommend professional skincare products.
- Strong sales and client-retention skills.
- Professional appearance, excellent attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a medical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments safely and professionally.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assess individual client needs.
- Perform treatments including Morpheus8, microneedling,



Aerolase, advanced facials, and chemical peels, according to training and scope of practice.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and professional skincare products.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow clinic protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care and create a premium client experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Stay current with advanced aesthetic technologies, treatment protocols, and industry developments.
