As a senior practitioner within our Technology & Data Delivery Enablement team, you will guide Agile squads to achieve high-quality delivery. Collaborate with diverse teams, mentor Delivery Owners, and contribute to the Agile delivery standards while ensuring the effective use of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enable squad-level accountability and predictability in delivery
• Champion AI literacy and responsible AI use within teams
• Facilitate strategic decision-making and transparency in delivery health
• Drive evidence-based planning and synchronize delivery processes




• Lead initiatives within the Agile Delivery Center of Excellence
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years in Scrum Master roles
• CSM and CSP certifications required
• Proven track record in strategic stakeholder communication
• Background in establishing delivery standards and best practices
