Responsibilities

- Professionally greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Sort and process parts orders.
- Look up parts for customers and technicians.
- Update customers on order status.
- Prepare estimates and customer invoices.

Qualifications

- Develop positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability in attendance and strong customer focus.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email and face‑to‑face.
- Bi‑lingual preferred (French/English).
- Ontario Driver's licence.

Compensation

Pay based on experience, skill levels, quality of work and ability to work as a team member.
