In this Senior Financial Analyst position, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Finance & Operations. The role encompasses full cycle accounting, variance analysis, and collaboration with various teams to provide financial data. You’ll also help implement efficiency initiatives and technology improvements within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze financial results and variances with commentary • Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports • Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations monthly • Assist with tax reporting and annual audits • Identify process improvement opportunities for efficiency

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years relevant financial services experience • Strong accounting knowledge under ASPE and IFRS • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) • Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting • Familiarity with Sage 300 ERP is a plus
