You will report to the Group Manager and take charge of key initiatives encompassing CNC machining, AI integration, and production optimization.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement
- Identify and implement efficiency and cost-reduction strategies
- Oversee onboarding of new manufacturing processes
- Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering
