Job Summary

Join our team of dedicated educators as an After-School Assistant! In this agile role, you will assist the team with supervision and cleaning duties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners while gaining valuable experience in education and child development.

Responsibilities

- Support teachers in supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Foster a welcoming environment by building positive relationships with children, encouraging participation, and promoting teamwork
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by monitoring behavior and adhering to safety protocols
- Complete end of day cleaning responsibilities including but not limited to; dishes, cleaning floors, bathrooms and emptying garbages

Experience





- Prior experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings is preferred
- Experience in early childhood education or related fields is a plus but not required;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience or enjoyment with cleaning duties

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children's growth and eager to contribute to an educational environment.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
