About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Data and Reporting. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the organization's data ecosystem, including data engineering, business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data strategy, establishing governance frameworks, and advancing data and analytics capabilities to support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the data and reporting roadmap, championing data governance and control frameworks, and driving the adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy programs. The role also involves maintaining technical fluency in up-to-date data platforms and technologies,



as well as leading an Analytics Community of Practice to promote knowledge sharing and consistent reporting standards.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in analytics, reporting, data management, or related disciplines, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern data platforms, business intelligence tools, and data architecture practices, and a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise data strategies. The role requires an influential communicator with strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and collaboration.
