You'll work within a proven operational framework while bringing the on-the-ground leadership that makes the difference between a good clinic and a great one. Understanding clinic financials, coaching your teams, and driving performance consistency across locations will be at the center of what you do every day.Who We're Looking ForYou're the right person if you've done at least one of these well:Led a multi-clinic dental portfolio and delivered consistent results across locationsManaged a large, high-volume practice with complex scheduling, staffing,
