As Regional Manager, you will direct and enhance the operational performance of our recycling business across Alberta. We seek a candidate with significant experience in change management, budget management, and multi-site operations. Lead talent development initiatives and implement strategies to optimize financial performance while fostering a safety-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational performance across recycling sites • Drive initiatives for business transformation and continuous improvement • Develop and manage regional operational budgets • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Collaborate with HR for workforce development
Requirements: • Business diploma; Bachelor’s degree is an asset • Minimum 5 years of leadership in recycling or manufacturing • At least 2 years managing a multi-site operation • Experience managing multi-site P&L; • Solid business acumen and analytical skills
