As a Release Train Engineer at Intact, you'll play a critical role in advancing Agile methodologies across the organization.

You will coordinate between multiple teams, facilitate key events like PI Planning, and manage dependencies to ensure that value flows seamlessly. Your SAFe Program Consultant certification will help drive the evolution of the organization's Agile delivery approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and facilitate Agile Release Train events effectively
- Synchronize efforts across Scrum Masters and agile teams
- Visualize end-to-end value streams for risk management
- Partner with teams to maintain an outcomes-focused workflow
- Coach teams in daily execution and Agile methodologies

Requirements:

- At least 5 years as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach
- Required Protected RTE certification
- Strong grasp of Lean-Agile principles and practices
- Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence tools
- Eligible to work in Canada
