Title : Agile Scrum Master

Compensation Pay Range:$53.00-$63.00 Per HR

Description Join our team as an Agile Scrum Master in a hybrid role, combining remote work with onsite presence as needed.

This contract position requires guiding software development teams using Agile principles.

Candidates should be experienced in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Guide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles to enhance customer satisfaction.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies ensuring they are effective and time-efficient.

Act as a servant-leader, removing impediments and protecting teams from disruptions.

Support communication and transparency within and outside the team.

Assist Product Owners with backlog grooming and maintenance.

Create a safe environment for open problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage backlogs.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.

Coach teams in Agile methodologies to improve performance.

Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and maintain focus.

Enhance communication and information flow within the team.





Support Product Owners in managing the product backlog effectively.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years in a Scrum Master role with software development teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

Proficient in Agile project management tools.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
