About the Role

We are a technology company building AI-related infrastructure and services for users who need access to modern AI development tools.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented AI API Operations Specialist to help with account setup, API configuration, usage management, and basic operational tasks involving AI platforms such as Claude and other developer tools.

This is a straightforward remote position and no previous AI or programming experience is required. Candidates who are familiar with APIs, AI tools, or online account management will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Set up and configure AI platform accounts according to our internal procedures
- Complete account verification and configuration steps
- Configure API access and securely transfer API credentials through our designated process
- Monitor account status, usage limits, and API availability
- Maintain accurate records of accounts and related operational information
- Follow security and compliance procedures when handling API credentials
- Communicate with our operations team regarding account issues or configuration problems

Requirements

- Currently located in the United States




- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
- Robust attention to detail
- Comfortable following step-by-step technical instructions
- Basic familiarity with websites, online services, and account management
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Previous experience with APIs, AI tools, or technical support is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs and API keys
- Experience with developer tools or cloud platforms
- General technical or IT experience
- Strong understanding of online security and account management
