About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your critical thinking directly influences how cutting-edge AI models learn and improve. No AI background required — just a keen eye for quality and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance
- Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short
- Write clear, actionable feedback that directly guides model improvement
- Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days are the same

Who You Are

- A natural eye for detail with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable reading, evaluating,



and critiquing written content
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
- Clear and precise written communicator in English
- No prior AI, technical, or data experience required — we'll provide everything you need

Nice to Have

- Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with content evaluation or annotation workflows
- Curiosity about how AI systems work
