? Hiring: AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI, NLP & MLOps)

Role Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a high-impact enterprise AI initiative.
- This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions using modern cloud and MLOps technologies.

Required Skills

✅ Solid programming experience in Python (Java or C++ is a plus)

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI model development

✅ Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

✅ Hands-on expertise with:

- OpenAI APIs
- LangChain
- Hugging Face Transformers

✅ Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) including:

- Named Entity Recognition (NER)
- Text Classification
- Summarization

✅ Experience evaluating and improving LLM performance using standard evaluation metrics ✅ Expertise in building and maintaining Airflow DAGs for ML workflow orchestration

✅ Experience working with:

- Apache Airflow
- Spark / PySpark
- Pandas
- ETL Pipelines

✅ Cloud experience with:
- AWS SageMaker
- AWS S3
- AWS Lambda

✅ MLOps and DevOps experience:
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Model Deployment & Monitoring





✅ Strong understanding of software engineering best practices:
- Design Patterns
- Testing
- Code Quality
- Deployment Methodologies

✅ Experience working in environments requiring:
- Risk Management
- Privacy Controls
- Regulatory Compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Banking or Financial Services experience

✔ RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations

✔ Enterprise AI/ML Platform experience

✔ MLOps framework implementation

✔ Experience handling structured and unstructured data pipelines.
