This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Learning & Enablement Lead based in Canada.

This role will shape how employees and leaders learn, adopt, and effectively use approved AI tools in their everyday work.

You will design practical learning experiences, workshops, resources, and role-based programs that turn AI concepts into actionable skills.

The position sits at the intersection of learning, enablement, change management, and emerging AI capabilities rather than technical AI engineering.

You will work across HR, Talent, Technology, Legal, Information Security, Communications, and business teams to support responsible AI adoption.

Your work will help employees improve productivity, confidence, and the quality of AI-assisted outputs while maintaining appropriate human oversight.

The role offers significant opportunity to influence enterprise AI capability-building through scalable learning programs and communities of practice.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced learning professional who combines strong instructional design expertise with hands-on knowledge of modern AI tools.
