Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Current RN/RPN registration with the BCCNM • Minimum one year in an acute psychiatric setting • Knowledge of crisis intervention and mental health issues • Ability to communicate effectively in stressful situations • Proficient in managing clinical emergencies independently
