Become an essential part of the University of Alberta as an Athletics Account Executive focused on ticket sales in Edmonton. Drive sales for Golden Bears and Pandas Athletics.

This in-person position is located at North Campus, South Campus, and at Silent Ice Centre, extending through the 2026-27 conference season and playoffs. Expect to work mainly Friday and Saturday evenings, with some additional weekday hours available. Perfect for individuals passionate about sports and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Actively sell ticket packages and manage group sales • Deliver outstanding customer experiences at events • Collaborate with fellow team members on sales initiatives • Assist the Event Ticketing Lead in operations • Provide service during ticketing processes

Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service or sales • Team-oriented and enthusiastic • Willingness to work evenings and weekends • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Commitment to the full season through March 2027
