About The Role
What if your sense of fairness and sharp analytical mind could directly influence how AI behaves — at scale? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real-world standards of safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. Your judgment helps ensure AI systems reflect human values and don't cause harm.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and clear communication skills. No background in AI or policy is required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
- Flag content that is misleading, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate
- Provide clear, structured written feedback on policy-related issues
- Work across a wide variety of topics and content types
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness,
policy, or social responsibility
- Able to communicate your reasoning clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented and consistent when working within defined guidelines
- Comfortable assessing complex or sensitive topics without prior specialist training
- No prior experience in AI, compliance, or policy required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, law, social sciences, journalism, or public policy
- Experience with content moderation, quality assurance, or editorial review
- Familiarity with AI systems or responsible AI frameworks
- Experience evaluating content at scale or in a structured review environment
