Duties

- Coordinate daily operations of Airbnb listings, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage property schedules, availability calendars, and booking inquiries using tools such as Yardi or similar property management software.
- Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate data entry records for reservations, guest feedback, and property documentation; organize files systematically.
- Negotiate terms with vendors or service providers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.




- Foster positive relationships with guests and property owners through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements

- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or property management roles.
- Familiarity with Yardi software or similar property management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently.
- Experience in sales or negotiation to secure favorable terms with vendors or clients.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
