From aerial firefighting and search & rescue to military and utility operations, our products help customers accomplish demanding missions safely and efficiently.With engineering and manufacturing facilities across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, we continue to invest in innovation and new product development.We're looking for an experienced Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to lead the successful transition of innovative aerospace products from concept through design, validation, certification, and manufacturing launch This is a highly visible role that combines technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on engineering in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.What You'll DoLead New Product IntroductionLead engineering activities for new product development from concept through production launch.Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), cost optimization, and product industrialization.Ensure seamless transition from engineering development into manufactuoductsDesign and develop mechanical and structural aerospace components using SolidWorks.Perform engineering calculations, structural assessments, and FEA analyses to validate product performance.Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes while balancing performance, cost, and manufacturabicationDevelop qualification,



verification, and validationplans.Coordinate laboratory and field testing activities.Analyze test results and prepare technical reports supporting FAA, TCCA, and EASA certification activities.Support STC development and certification documenusinessPartner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Program Management.Support prototype builds, pilot production, first article inspections (FAI), and production reeadiness.Resolve technical issues throughout the product lieadershipMentor junior engineers and designers.Lead design reviews and technical decision-making.Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and standardization.Support root cause investigations and engineering change activities.What We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Manufacturing EnExperience10+ years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or aerospace engineering.Experience leading Current Product Introduction (NPI)
