In this role, reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the integration of an asset-management-aligned HR digital platform, transforming five legacy systems into a cohesive unit. Your project management skills will ensure timelines and dependencies are effectively managed while coordinating across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate execution across HR integration workstreams • Prepare project dashboards and executive reporting • Create standardized documentation for workstream leads • Analyze impact of processes, systems,



and changes • Partner with stakeholders to develop technical requirements

Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in progressive project management roles • Proven ability in managing HRIS delivery and process design • Experience with data integration and validation • Knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies • Solid problem-solving and documentation skills
