As part of Clutch's Operations team, the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator will help manage maintenance schedules and ensure our vehicles reflect the Clutch brand standards. You'll work closely with field operations and vendors, tracking repairs and coordinating necessary maintenance. This foundational position focuses on developing strong relationships to optimize fleet efficiency while supporting Clutch's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors in all markets
• Proactively monitor service schedules for fleet vehicles
• Track repairs and ensure timely completion
• Build relationships with vendors for effective service delivery
• Troubleshoot urgent breakdowns and coordinate responses
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years in service coordination or related fields
• Highly organized with multitasking capabilities
• Robust interpersonal skills for vendor collaboration
• Knowledge of fleet management systems is an advantage
• Availability for both weekdays and weekends
