In this influential role within Technology & Operations, you will drive the creation of self-service developer infrastructures and automation frameworks. With over 8 years of Platform Engineering experience, you'll be tasked with developing key systems that optimize software delivery through AI capabilities. You're expected to hold strong knowledge in coding and automation tools while enhancing the developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the creation of self-service developer platforms • Architect systems for AI-integrated automation and CI/CD • Maintain Infrastructure as Code for consistent autonomy • Evaluate and integrate recent AI-driven developer tools • Scale distributed workflow orchestration systems effectively

Requirements: • 8-10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript • Advanced expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD methodologies • Familiarity with cloud environments and distributed architecture • Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding teams
