- Oversee performance improvement programs across O&M; activities
- Optimize industrial processes such as workload balancing
- Conduct assessments and performance reviews in office
- Analyze data to identify and address performance issues
- Facilitate the implementation of digital tools for operational enhancement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in performance improvement roles
- In-depth knowledge of process optimization and reliability engineering
- Familiarity with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
