Your work will include process improvement, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, and collaborating with multiple teams to meet HR goals. Solid analytical skills are crucial for identifying opportunities within existing processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance Workday functionalities for HRIS areas
- Actively contribute to foundational Workday architecture
- Configure notifications, conditions, and rules in Workday
- Support quarterly updates and testing for system releases
- Document process changes and business requirements accurately Requirements:
- 2+ years of HRIS Workday experience in relevant modules
- Proficient with Excel and large data manipulations
- Knowledge of HR functional areas and system integration
